Dr Jonah Paquette is a clinical psychologist, author, and international speaker, specializing in the areas of happiness and well-being. His work focuses on helping individuals and organizations prosper in life, love, and work. He is the the Assistant Regional Director of Mental Health Training at a large HMO in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he helps oversee mental health training programs across 20 medical centers in Northern California. He has 2 books, Real Happiness and The happiness Toolbox, which focuses on helping readers to guide them in their journey of happiness and wellbeing.
